Why did you install a solution for email management and collaboration?

Finding a solution for email management and collaboration between colleagues and with external partners gained us a lot of valuable time. This sort of solution allows us to really concentrate on our core business. The number of mails is reduced and all information concerning tasks and activities is managed centrally. As a result, a lot less time is lost when finding correct, up-to-date information.

Was it easy to get users to accept the new way of working?

We were already aware of the issue and had already some progress in working out possible solutions. When EASI came to us to suggest SmartMail we observed that some aspects of the solution were already present in our organization. That made opting for SmartMail a logical choice and its introduction went well.
 

What have you gained with SmartMail?

Kathleen Aelterman, help desk: "Mails can be integrated into the ticketing system, mails can be sent from the ticketing system and the automatic recognition of the ticket for an answer to that mail is very handy. The biggest nuisance was searching. Locating particular tickets or finding a problem that arose earlier is not simple. In some cases that means lost time. Luckily the EASI people promised to make adjustments there."
